Lives Lived Well is seeking an AOD Support Worker in Bundaberg to assist residents in residential rehabilitation and withdrawal programs. You will work within a trauma-informed, recovery-focused team to support admissions, daily activities and community involvement.

You will conduct group activities, maintain records, and help residents set and pursue recovery goals while operating within a supportive, safe environment. Sleepover shifts and weekends may be required.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with residents and teams.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Experience in trauma-informed practice and recovery-oriented care.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to obtain checks as required.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents throughout their recovery journey in residential rehab.
• Complete admissions and discharge processes.
• Facilitate group programs and resident activities.
• Assist residents to identify strengths and work towards recovery goals.
• Support recreational and community-based activities.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Respond to residents requiring support promptly.
• Contribute to a safe, trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment.
