Job summary

Odyssey House NSW is seeking a skilled practitioner for the Multicultural Programs team based in Bankstown, working full-time in AOD and mental health services.

You'll provide individual and group treatment, case management, and outreach, with flexibility to cover evenings and weekends to reach CALD communities across Greater Sydney. You will contribute to recovery-oriented supports and collaborate with psychologists, counsellors and residential teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting persons with AOD and mental health needs.
• Experience in group facilitation and program delivery.
• Ability to conduct brief and comprehensive client assessments.
• Strong report writing and case note skills.
• Knowledge of privacy principles and data handling.
• Hold NSW driver’s license; willing to obtain clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group treatment and wrap-around support.
• Deliver assertive outreach to CALD communities.
• Assist with case management and care coordination.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain documentation in client management systems.
