Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a Brisbane-based team on a six-month contract. This hands-on role supports employee relations, conduct and performance matters, advising managers and HR stakeholders to ensure consistent handling of sensitive workplace issues.

You'll work closely with managers, provide practical guidance, prepare reports, and help develop policies and processes. The role offers a hybrid setup with in-office and remote work options.

The Opportunity
