Qualifications

• Minimum marketing experience in animal health, veterinary pharma, or agribusiness.
• Ability to translate clinical data into commercial messaging and tools.
• Experience launching regional campaigns across AU/NZ and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Mastermind the ANZ Strategy: build the marketing calendar, position portfolios, create campaigns that drive margins and market share.
• Launch Products Like a Boss: lead go-to-market, value propositions, and sales enablement tools for Vets and sales teams.
• Integrate & Elevate: lead brand integration of acquired portfolios into the long-term brand family.
• Digital & Event Activation: own the digital engine and run clinical education and trade events.
• Drive Commercial Success: manage the marketing budget, collaborate with agencies, and track ROI.
