Job summary

GLG is seeking a Segment Leader to own the Financial Services segment across Australia and New Zealand. This senior role carries full revenue accountability, overseeing Business Development and Client Servicing, and working with regional and global leadership on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has deep credibility in ANZ capital markets, especially listed equities, and a hands-on approach to leadership, pipeline, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services or related fields with ANZ exposure.
• Proven track record managing multi-million dollar client relationships.
• Experience leading sales and servicing functions or readiness to do so.
• Experience in a high-growth, commercially driven environment with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own segment revenue against targets and build a business plan.
• Drive pipeline discipline and account management across BD and servicing.
• Manage flagship client relationships including multi-million dollar accounts.
• Lead and develop BD and Client Servicing teams and set clear expectations.
• Collaborate with regional/global leadership on strategic accounts.
• Build credible presence in ANZ FS market and ensure compliance.
