Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in operational transformation, business transformation, or service model redesign within a complex B2B or technology-enabled environment.
• Proven strategic capability to translate market shifts and client needs into a transformation agenda.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives leveraging GenAI, automation, or emerging technology-enabled operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADP ANZ’s operational transformation agenda, shaping delivery models to stay relevant, competitive, and trusted.
• Strategically steer enterprise thinking, align senior stakeholders, and drive decisions for growth, innovation, and client success.
• Transform the ANZ service delivery model to meet evolving client needs and strengthen long-term commercial resilience.
• Protect and enhance the experience of ADP’s existing clients, driving retention of legacy revenue while evolving offerings.
• Guide the transition from legacy products to Lyric and emerging solutions with seamless customer experience.
• Bring external GenAI and automation experience to lift internal capability and drive new thinking on service delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, service, operations, delivery, product, and partners.
• Translate technology trends into practical strategic direction for ADP ANZ to differentiate in the market.
• Influence leadership decisions to invest, adapt, or redesign operating approaches with clarity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or a related discipline
