Fusion5 is seeking a commercially driven sales leader to head the ANZ NetSuite Account Management team in Sydney or Melbourne. You will lead a six-person account management group, drive expansion, and ensure renewals while collaborating with Sales, Consulting and Delivery to maximize customer value.

You will coach and develop leaders, shape growth priorities, manage pipeline and forecast, and build trusted executive relationships across customers and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or account management roles with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of expanding revenue through cross-sell and upsell.
• Experience leading a team of account managers and guiding strategic account plans.
• Experience with NetSuite and enterprise applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow ANZ NetSuite Account Management team across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coach six Account Managers to win expansion opportunities and renewals.
• Partner with Sales, Consulting, Managed Services to drive revenue and customer value.
• Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.
• Build executive relationships with CFOs, CIOs, and COOs.
