Cencora is hiring a HR Shared Services specialist to support Australia and New Zealand for World Courier and GCS. You will resolve country-specific HR questions, apply local knowledge to HR processes, and strengthen service quality across Cencora companies in the region.

You will interact with an in-country HR leader, manage Workday tasks, and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery while upholding privacy and confidentiality.

• Respond to and resolve country-specific HR queries for Australia and New Zealand.
• Build and maintain expertise in local HR policies and processes.
• Act as a key contact for local-language requirements in HR processes.
• Complete Workday tasks requiring country knowledge.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvements.
• Deliver work within SLAs and participate in country-specific projects.
