Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience in legal/compliance roles.
• Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand financial services laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls, processes and governance.
• Experience coordinating regulatory engagements and audits.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to drive cross-team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on regulatory requirements, compliance policies, and risk controls.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and engagement activities.
• Interact with regulators and internal stakeholders on compliance programs.
• Coordinate compliance training and monitoring tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate with business management, controls, audit, tax, and finance teams as needed.
• Contribute to design, development, and operation of the Compliance and Operational Risk program.
• Support internal and external audits, evidence collection, issue tracking, and remediation governance.
• Promote a strong compliance culture by clear communication and accountability across teams.
