Job summary

DiDi Global is seeking a role within the ANZ Supply Growth Team to drive driver recruitment and growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will optimize recruitment channels, manage driver communities, and partner with BI, data, and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and costs while expanding the car supply ecosystem.

You will work in a dynamic, international team, using data insights to inform strategies and deliver scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 1–3 years of working experience in community operation, growth operation, product operation or strategic operation.
• Prefer experience in supply-side growth, community management or ride-hailing driver operation in Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong business acumen and communication & coordination skills; fast learner and results-driven.
• Proficient in data analysis; Excel and SQL skills required.
• English as the working language.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Channel Operation: lead end-to-end product and strategy optimization for driver acquisition across Australia and New Zealand.
• Establish a comprehensive operation system for driver communities in ANZ; manage recruitment, training and mentorship.
• Formulate strategies for driver acquisition and re-engagement; collaborate with BI and data teams to evaluate campaigns.
• Cross-team collaboration with marketing, safety, customer service, product and R&D to deliver cross-functional projects.
