CyberCX Intelligence, part of Accenture, seeks a Managing Analyst to lead a fast-growing team in Canberra. You will deliver assessments, reports and finished intelligence products for diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement of intelligence methodologies.

You will coach and develop a multi-grade team and maintain expertise on the Australian and New Zealand cyber threat landscape, championing timely, accurate intelligence across CyberCX.

Competenze

• Experience in intelligence, military, geopolitical risk, think tank or similar.
• Deep knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand cyber threat landscape.
• Mastery of intelligence assessment methods, processes and products, with ability to coach and develop team members.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in high-tempo environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to produce structured, clear products.
• Strong analytical skills to amalgamate diverse information and deliver results.
• Active AGSVA clearance or willingness to attain one.

Mansioni

• Help lead the strategic direction, growth and sustainability of CyberCX Intelligence.
• Maintain expertise in the Australian and New Zealand cyber threat landscape and act as an intelligence expert for diverse customers.
• Build and continuously improve team intelligence methodologies and ways of working to drive quality and productivity.
• Be custodian of Cyber Intelligence judgments and finished assessments and ensure timely, accurate intelligence dissemination.
• Innovate and uplift intelligence services and lead design and delivery of complex intelligence products.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Lead Analysts, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Associate Analysts.
