Job summary

CyberCX Intelligence, part of Accenture, builds an Australia and New Zealand focused cyber intelligence capability. The Managing Analyst will lead a growing team to deliver assessments, reports and finished intelligence products for diverse stakeholders.

You will drive continuous improvement of methodologies and outputs, and help build CyberCX Intelligence’s reputation as a leading provider. Within Accenture, you will mentor Lead Analysts, Senior Analysts, Analysts and Associate Analysts,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an analytical role (intelligence, military, geopolitical risk, think tank or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand, and broader Indo-Pacific, cyber threat landscape.
• Mastery of intelligence assessments methods and ability to coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, growth and sustainability of CyberCX Intelligence in support of the Director – Cyber Intelligence.
• Maintain expertise in the Australian and New Zealand cyber threat landscape and act as an intelligence expert for diverse internal and external customers.
• Build and improve team intelligence methodologies to drive quality, productivity, customer success and employee engagement.
• Be custodian of Cyber Intelligence judgments and finished assessments including reviewing priorities and quality assuring outputs.
• Innovate and uplift intelligence services and lead design and delivery of complex intelligence products and services.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Lead Analysts, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Associate Analysts.
