Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (4+ years).
- Experience in a senior nursing role (ANUM, CN, Team Leader or similar).
- Strong clinical background in aged care or related setting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to nursing and care staff.
- Act as a role model, promoting best practice and high standards of care.
- Support delivery of person-centred, resident-focused care.
- Assist rostering, workforce planning, and daily operations.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, accreditation, and governance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
- Support incident management, audits, and documentation processes.
