Job summary

MinRes is seeking experienced Ancillary Operators to join our Mt Marion Lithium Operation, where teamwork and safe production matter. You’ll work a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, with meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

To be successful you will hold a current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence and have machine operating experience across at least 3 of: Dump Trucks (785 or larger), Rock Breaker, Grader, Loader.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to safety in all tasks.
• Current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence.
• Experience operating mining mobile equipment: 3+ of dump trucks, rock breaker, grader, loader.
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate ancillary mining equipment safely on site.
• Support 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth and maintain shift safety.
• Assist with production as part of a tight-knit crew.
• Comply with site policies and MinRes standards.

MinRes are seeking experienced Ancillary Operators to join a tight-knit crew at our Mt Marion Lithium Operation, where teamwork, safe production and looking out for one another matter. You'll work a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth (2 weeks on, 1 week off), with meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

What is required?

To be successful, you will have:

• A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role
• A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence
• Solid machine operating experience across 3 or more of the following, in a production mining environment: Dump Trucks (785 or larger, electric experience highly advantageous), Rock Breaker (30T +), Grader (16M or larger), Loader (992 or larger).
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
• The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Unrestricted Australian work rights

Located 70 kilometres by road south-west of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields region, Mt Marion is one of MinRes' hard rock lithium mine sites. As a core pillar of our Lithium business, Mt Marion is rapidly growing. This includes a significant expansion of our operations and village accommodation with over 580 rooms at present.
