Aurion is seeking an Analytics Governance and Literacy Specialist to enable a culture where data is accessible and used responsibly. You will design governance frameworks, drive data literacy, and lead a Community of Practice across Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Qualifications and experience in business analytics, data and insights, statistics, or related field.
• Experience contributing to analytics governance or data capability initiatives.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver an organisation-wide data literacy program with resources, training, and communications.
• Collaborate with SMEs and L&D/communications teams to align initiatives with standards.
• Partner with Manager, Data Governance to embed analytics governance frameworks and standards.
• Facilitate Data, Insights and Innovation Community of Practice for knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate analytics and insights requests across the organisation.
• Measure and demonstrate the impact of analytics and insights activities.
• Define and monitor performance measures for data literacy and governance.
