Job summary

NSW Sheriff's Office seeks an Analyst Support Officer in Parramatta to provide technical, project and analytical support across critical operational systems. You will train frontline staff and maintain learning materials, while collaborating with senior leaders to deliver projects that improve processes and performance.

Experience with backend systems, data reporting across operating systems, and translating requirements for developers is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for software solutions.
• Experience translating between technical and operational requirements and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
• Proven experience in reporting administration across multiple operating systems and producing concise statistical reports.
• Ability to develop and maintain knowledge and technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to frontline staff on information management systems and develop learning materials.
• Investigate and resolve data errors within case management systems and handle user support queries.
• Perform research and analysis of system data to produce statewide statistical reports and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specs for developers and communicate system functionality clearly.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
