Job summary

McGrathNicol is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our national Technology team in Brisbane, Perth or Canberra. You will provide Level 2/3 IT support across hardware, software, systems and applications, ensuring users have the tools they need to deliver client outcomes.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to service improvements, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (around 5 years, or equivalent) in an IT support, service desk or desktop support role.
• Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Azure and endpoint management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with interest in improving processes and delivering positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
