The Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service, part of the Queensland Government, seeks an experienced professional to provide dedicated anaesthesia support for safe administration of anaesthesia or sedation. • Plan, prepare, and maintain the anaesthetic environment autonomously, ensuring availability of essential equipment and monitoring.
• Provide anaesthesia support in remote specialist procedural areas (e.g., medical imaging, cardiology, endoscopy).
• Collaborate with other services to ensure safe anaesthesia practice and patient care.
• Assist with role description and participate in ongoing professional development as required.
