The Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service, part of the Queensland Government, seeks an experienced professional to provide dedicated anaesthesia support for safe administration of anaesthesia or sedation. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, plan and maintain the anaesthetic environment autonomously, and support students as required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and maintain the anaesthetic environment autonomously, ensuring availability of essential equipment and monitoring.
• Provide anaesthesia support in remote specialist procedural areas (e.g., medical imaging, cardiology, endoscopy).
• Collaborate with other services to ensure safe anaesthesia practice and patient care.
• Assist with role description and participate in ongoing professional development as required.
