Job summary

William Buck is seeking an AML Administrator to join the Business Advisory team in Melbourne. You will manage client onboarding, perform AML checks, and maintain compliance records while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

The role focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding experience, maintaining process documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of onboarding and AML processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete AML checks in line with legislative requirements and firm policies.
• Review and verify client identification and beneficial ownership information.
• Maintain accurate client compliance records and documentation.
• Support ongoing due diligence and periodic client reviews.
• Identify and escalate potential compliance risks when needed.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide timely communication on onboarding and AML requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and assist clients through compliance.
