Action Workforce Pty is seeking reliable Storepersons and Automation Pick Packers to join our clients across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. This role offers consistent weekday hours, opportunities with reputable warehouse operations, and a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Daily tasks include picking and packing orders, RF scanning, stock handling, using a tugger, putaways, and general warehouse duties.

• Previous warehouse, pick packing or storeperson experience.
• Tugger operating experience highly regarded.
• RF scanning experience highly regarded.

Despatch Storepersons & Automation Pick Packers Wanted – Western Suburbs!

Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Storepersons and Pick Packers to join our clients across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.

This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with reputable warehouse operations, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work in fast-paced and supportive team environments.

Monday–Sunday availability is essential.

AM shifts - 5am and 6am starts!

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• RF scanning and stock handling
• Operating a tugger to move stock around the warehouse
• Sorting and organising stock
• Putaways and replenishments
• Loading and unloading
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Working towards daily KPIs and productivity targets

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Previous warehouse, pick packing or storeperson experience
• Tugger operating experience highly regarded
• RF scanning experience highly regarded
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Monday–Sunday availability
