Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a hands-on DC Team Manager to lead our Distribution Centre in Erskine Park on the AM shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), Monday to Friday. You will supervise frontline leaders and drive safe, on-time service while optimizing inbound/outbound/picking operations.

Bring warehouse or logistics leadership experience, familiarity with WMS and RF devices, and a track record of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or distribution centre teams.
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound/replenishment/picking operations.
• Experience with WMS and RF devices.
• Proven ability to plan labour and lead frontline teams.
