Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Aggregated Monitoring & Control Sustainment program within the Defence sector. You will manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with Defence stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of critical AM&C capabilities.

You will lead governance, risk management, and performance reporting while leveraging a strong network within Defence and federal government to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• As a candidate you must hold NV1 Defence Clearance with potential upgrade to NV2.
• Demonstrated governance and compliance experience across complex programs.
• Strong leadership and relationship management with senior stakeholders in Defence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AM&C Sustainment program with defence stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, scope, and budget.
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigations; monitor dependencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide updates on costs, schedules and governance to stakeholders.
• Draft deliverables such as program execution plans and PMPs.
