Job summary

Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) is recruiting a Resort Operations Officer for Mt Buller and Mt Stirling. You will help keep the resorts safe, accessible and ready for visitors year-round, performing maintenance, operating plant and equipment, and supporting infrastructure projects.

Working in the Assets & Operations team, you’ll tackle diverse tasks from trail works to event support, environmental projects and seasonal operations, in an inspiring alpine setting that offers real career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, maintenance, construction or civil works environments.
• Ability to work safely, solve problems and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to delivering great service.
• Current driver's licence; plant, traffic management or industry tickets are valued.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day resort operations, maintenance and infrastructure activities.
• Operating and maintaining plant and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assisting with trail, asset, environmental and capital works projects.
• Contributing to emergency response, event support and seasonal programs.
