Job summary

Randstad Pty, on behalf of a Federal Government client in Hobart, seeks APS6 Technical Advisors for the Technical Advisory Branch. You will review complex participant files and provide specialist clinical, technical, and operational guidance to ensure defensible decisions aligned with the Act and rules.

Engage in coaching, advisory reporting, and stakeholder communications, with a supportive, flexible hybrid work environment across Australia.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience in Allied Health or related disciplines.
• Knowledge or ability to interpret the NDIS Act 2013 and related rules.
• Experience coaching/c mentoring case managers or delegates through complex decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review complex participant files and funding considerations.
• Conduct research and analysis to support advisory outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal advice to delegates and planners.
• Ensure decisions are consistent with the Act, rules and guidelines.
