Mineral Resources Ltd in Australia is seeking expressions of interest for Process Operators with wet plant experience to join the Mount Marion Lithium Processing Plant. These full-time roles offer on-site training and the chance to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Mansioni

• Safely operate plant sections including grinding, flotation, LIMS/WHIMS, thickening, filtration, control room, concentrate load-out and tailings disposal.
• Monitor and optimise operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards and daily safety inspections.
• Complete tasks within competency as directed by Site Leadership Team.
• Ensure compliance with all Company and Site Rules and Regulations.
• Participate in hazard identification, assessment and control.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from Process Operators with wet plant experience to join our team at the Mount Marion Lithium Processing Plant. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate all plant sections, including:
• Grinding
• Flotation
• LIMS/WHIMS separation
• Thickening
• Filtration
• Control Room
• Concentrate load-out
• Tailings disposal.
• Monitor and optimise operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Complete any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team.
• Ensure compliance with all Company and Site Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the Company and/or the Client.
• Participate in hazard identification, assessment, and control.
• Provide input and feedback for plant and operational improvements.

Tickets & Licenses Required:

• Current Australian Driver's License
• Construction Induction Card
• Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
• Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
