Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aviation, engineering, maintenance or continuing airworthiness.
• Strong knowledge of CASA regulations and CAMO requirements.
• Experience leading technical or engineering teams.
• Proven stakeholder management in complex operations.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (TRAX).

Responsibilities

• Lead Airworthiness Review function and issue ARC certificates.
• Ensure compliance with CASA and airworthiness regulations.
• Oversee Configuration Control and Technical Records governance.
• Drive continuous process improvements across systems and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists.
• Collaborate with regulators, engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Support new aircraft entry into service and transition projects.
• Provide operational reporting and risk management insights.
