WHSmith Australia in Perth Airport is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead multiple stores within the airport environment and uphold a customer-first service culture.

You will oversee rostering, stock, promotions, and stakeholder management while driving KPIs and training to foster talent and ensure compliance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced travel retail setting with development opportunities.

Formación

• 2 years' management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience managing the stock lifecycle.
• Knowledge of rostering compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs aligned with business requirements.
• Flexibility with work hours and the ability to work weekends/public holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 'Customer first' culture and model the Service Guarantee.
• Maintain high store standards for the team and customers.
• Foster talent and identify training needs for the teams you lead.
• Roster efficiently and compliantly to meet business opportunities and demands.
• Manage various stores and store formats within the airport.
• Manage stakeholders and prioritise safe, legal, and compliance.
• Execute marketing initiatives/promotional cycles.
• Stock replenishment and merchandising in line with planograms.
• Provide feedback to Area and Operations Manager on performance or opportunities.
