LagardèreAWPL operates Icons, a fast-paced food and retail venue at Cairns Airport, delivering local flavors, crafted beverages, and a broad retail mix for travellers. We seek an energetic Full-Time Store Manager who can own the store, lead from the front and build a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for overall performance, driving sales, customer experience and maintaining strong operational, financial and people standards in a remote airport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced retail or food environment.
• Strong people development and coaching capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with KPI focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of the store.
• Coach and develop the team to perform at their best.
• Drive sales, service and overall store performance.
• Manage labour, rostering, stock, wastage and costs.
• Maintain food safety, compliance and presentation standards.
• Deliver consistently great customer experiences.
• Own store KPIs and identify performance opportunities.
• Maintain merchandising and availability standards.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Lead from the front during busy periods.
