LagardèreAWPL is seeking a proactive Store-Person to step into a Full-Time Team Leader role at Brisbane Airport. You will lead back-of-house stock operations, receive and distribute inventory, and ensure accurate levels and timely replenishment while coordinating with store teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experienced in warehouse, stock or logistics roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock safely.
• Forklift license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the back-of-house stock management operations.
• Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores.
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely.
• Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures.
• Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example.
