Job summary

TAG Hospitality Group in Adelaide Airport is seeking a hands-on Senior Sous Chef to help run kitchen operations across Hawker Bar and Amalfi Express. Reporting to the on-site Head Chef, you will manage production schedules, food safety, and cost controls for a fast-paced, high-volume airport venue.

You should have a Trade qualification, strong leadership, experience in Asian and/or Italian cuisine, and the ability to start every day at 5am.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a chef and Food Safety Supervisor equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie with people-management responsibility.
• Experience managing food costs and production scheduling in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across Hawker Bar and Amalfi Express.
• Meet COGS and labour targets under brand standards.
• Recruit, train, roster and manage kitchen staff across both sites.
