Job summary

ISS is seeking a Customer Service Officer to welcome passengers at Melbourne Airport. You will assist travelers, answer queries, and help manage passenger flow with a strong service mindset.

The role is casual, based on a 24/7 roster, with onsite parking, full uniform, and opportunities for development within our global organisation. Prior airport customer service is preferred, but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance).
• Hold a valid driver's license and have own reliable vehicle.
• Flexible in work hours with availability 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to traveling passengers.
• Assist passengers with queries relating to moving through the airport and guidance.
• Manage passenger flow at screening to minimise queuing times.
• Demonstrate strong customer service focus and team player mindset.
