Job summary

SSP Australia is seeking a hands-on Multisite Venue Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple venues at Sydney Airport Terminal 3. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership to drive performance and maintain the highest hospitality standards in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will lead venue teams, partner with chefs and front-of-house colleagues, manage budgets and stock, and uphold RSA, food safety, and WHS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a hospitality management role
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
• Strong operational and commercial management skills
• Experience managing labour, budgets and stock
• Strong knowledge of food safety, WHS and hospitality compliance
• Current RSA Certificates
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork across all venues.
• Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple venues, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Team Development: Train, motivate, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with Venue Managers, chefs, and front-of-house teams to create a cohesive, high-performing operation.
• Commercial Performance: Support sales, labour, stock and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure food safety, WHS, RSA and company standards are consistently maintained.
• Brand Ambassador: Ensure brand standards and reputation are maintained across all aspects of the operation.
