Job summary

Dnata Travel Group at Perth Airport is seeking Load Controllers and Turn Around Coordinators to support ground handling operations on a 24/7 roster. This is open for expressions of interest.

You will plan weight and balance, liaise with airline staff, and ensure accurate weight data, loading instructions and safety compliance while delivering reliable service to client airlines. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years ground handling experience minimum.
• Knowledge of aviation legislation including flight planning, weather, NOTAM and Load Control Legislation.
• High level Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare all weight & balance documentation
• Liaise with airline staff to ensure policy adherence
• Ensure the accuracy of passenger figures, baggage and cargo weight
• Prepare and issue loading instruction reports to ground handling staff
• Provide Centralised Load Control functions to client airlines
• Provide flight operations information to airline crew
• Monitor flight changes and adjust Departure Control System documents
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Reinforce a positive safety culture within the team
