Oceania Ground Force, an Australian-owned ground handling team, is seeking a Check-In Crew member at Newcastle Airport. You will greet travellers, verify documents, and manage seating, boarding passes, and baggage reclaim with a focus on smooth passenger journeys.

You will support gate procedures, assist during boarding, and marshal passengers while handling disruptions. A customer‑oriented mindset and the ability to work across rotating shifts are essential.
