Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort seeks an Airport Administrator to live and work on-site at Yulara, NT, overseeing maintenance work orders, safety, and administration tasks. You will collaborate with the Airport team and other departments while supporting fleet management and rostering.

Ideal candidates will have administrative experience in maintenance, project management skills, and knowledge of OH&S and NT building regulations.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a maintenance-driven environment.
• Experience managing maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building compliance.
• Experience with rostering, timecard processing and fleet tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule including preventive and corrective tasks.
• Create detailed work orders outlining scope, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute unscheduled maintenance due to breakdowns.
• Maintain records of equipment, assets, and manuals.
• Collaborate with airport team and other departments for communication.
• Support office manager with fleet management and timecard processing.

An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for anAirportAdministratorto live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a strong administrative professional with experience in effectively managing maintenance teams, with strong understanding ofOH&S Act, NCC, and NT building legislation and project management and life cycle. This role will see youoversee work orders, safety, maintenance schedules, and administration tasks, collaborating with the Airport team and other departments for effective communication as well as supporting office manager with fleet management, rostering, and timecard processing.

Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)

Key Duties

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule that includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Create detailed work orders that outline the scope of work, statutory requirements, and safety precautions for maintenance tasks.
• Assist in Planning, prioritising, and executing unscheduled work resulting from breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and facility assets, including maintenance history, manuals, and technical specifications.
• To work co-operatively and in a positive manner, with all internal and external stakeholders, to achieve the regulatory objectives.
• Assisting with the processing of Department and Outlets invoices and Deviations
