CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Import & Transport Supervisor based in Banksmeadow, NSW to lead end-to-end air import operations. You will manage a national import team, coordinate external transport providers, and ensure compliant, timely freight delivery.

Qualifications

Experience reviewing and maintaining accurate operational and customer data.
Proven ability to contribute to projects and process improvements.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead national airfreight import operations ensuring SOPs and service standards.
Drive service excellence and high customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Oversee end-to-end air import operations from arrival to delivery.
Monitor airline arrivals, cargo status, customs, and terminal operations.
Coordinate transport planning and delivery allocation to optimise usage and costs.
Monitor costs and identify efficiency improvements.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team with accountability.
