Job summary

Toll Transport Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking an Air Freight Customer Service Representative to manage daily air freight shipments, provide accurate documentation, and deliver timely updates to customers.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, maintain CW1 records, and assist with cargo pick-up, delivery and invoicing in a fast-paced logistics environment under guidance from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in air freight customer service or operations.
• Understanding of air freight processes and regulations (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CargoWise One preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Support air freight operations, including shipment processing and documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1).
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet service and delivery requirements.
• Assist with cargo pick-up, delivery, invoicing, and related administrative tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and escalate issues to meet service standards.
