Job summary

DSV is seeking an experienced Export Air Operator to join our team in Australia. The role focuses on managing Air Export activities and coordinating with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.

You will input data in Cargowise One, calculate invoice costs, and support continuous improvement of export processes while assisting the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge experience in Air Export.
• Cargowise One knowledge and Experience
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate service for our clients.
• Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure, adhering to Management directives, customer instructions, legislative requirements, and company KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with various stakeholders and team members.
• Accurately and promptly input data into Cargowise One.
• Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to your files.
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes.
• Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other assigned tasks/projects as needed.
