Aurora Air & Electrical is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Tradesman to join our Kirrawee-based team. This predominantly residential role covers installation, servicing and maintenance—from basic split systems to high-end VRV/VRF setups—with some commercial work mixed in.

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia, a current White Card and a valid driver's licence. You will work alongside a small, professional crew who take pride in quality workmanship and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is required.
• Strong residential installation background including VRV/VRF, ducted and split systems.
• Previous Daikin experience is preferred.
• Clear communication and customer‑first attitude are essential.
• Reliable, professional workmanship is expected.
• Current driver's licence is required.
• Current White Card is required.
• Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Tradesman to join our growing team, based out of Kirrawee. This is a predominantly residential role covering installation, service and maintenance work - from basic split systems and ducted units through to higher-end VRV systems - with some commercial work mixed in. You'll be working alongside a small, professional crew who take pride in doing the job properly, not cutting corners.

Must have

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

A strong residential installation background - from VRV/VRF through to ducted and split systems

Previous Daikin experience preferred

Clear communication skills and a customer-first attitude

A reliable, professional approach and real pride in quality workmanship

A current driver's licence

A current White Card

Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
