Job summary

Air Elec Air Conditioning in Castle Hill NSW is hiring an Air Conditioning Technician, installer and 3rd/4th year apprentice to diagnose, service and install residential and light commercial systems.

You will work with a supportive team on split, ducted and VRF projects, while mentoring apprentices as you grow with the company. We offer a competitive salary, late model company vehicle, uniforms and ongoing training for a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician or Installer.
• NSW Contractor or Supervisor Licence.
• Currently completing your 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship.

• Work across residential homes, renovations, and light commercial projects.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Work closely with our team to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
