Protech Air conditioning and Electrical Solutions Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking enthusiastic electricians to join our team. This role covers installation, servicing, fault-finding and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment such as commercial packaged units, split-ducted systems and DX plants.

You will connect HVAC systems to power sources and building automation, install wiring for HVAC units, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and liaise with clients and other trades.

Qualificações

• Certificate or diploma in a related trade (or an equivalent trade qualification).
• Occupational Licence (Applicable license).
• Current and valid Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum one year of hands-on fault-finding and maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Install electrical wiring for HVAC units and connect systems to power sources and building automation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC electrical systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth operations.

• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster

• Strong technical knowledge of DX plants, commercial AC units, and controls
• Experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• A strong work ethic, with reliability and punctuality being essential
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Required Qualifications & Licences

• Certificate or diploma in a related trade (or an equivalent trade qualification)
• Acceptable Occupation Licence
• Current and valid Driver’s Licence
• Minimum one year of hands‑on experience in fault‑finding and maintenance
