Links Air & Electrical Pty Ltd in Forestdale, QLD, is seeking an experienced Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic for a full-time, permanent role.

You will install, diagnose, and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, interpret technical drawings, handle refrigerants safely, and communicate clearly with clients to explain faults and solutions. The position covers the greater Brisbane area with emphasis on safe workmanship and timely service.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in the relevant field.
• Refrigerant Handling License.
• Three years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Analyze detailed technical drawings and specifications for air-conditioning and electrical systems.
• Plan installation layouts by marking reference points for air-conditioning systems and electrical connections.
• Install and maintain motors, condensers, evaporators, switches and control panels.
• Connect mechanical and electrical equipment by bolting, soldering, riveting, welding or brazing pipes.
• Test and calibrate air-conditioning and electrical systems for optimal performance.
• Diagnose faults in air-conditioning and electrical systems and document actions.
