Job summary

ISS Facility Services (Australia) is seeking an experienced Air Cargo Examination Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee the Air Cargo Examination Officer team in Perth and to drive excellence in aviation security services. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will guide daily operations, performance, and continuous improvement to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

• Manage daily operations, rostering, and workforce planning.
• Conduct shift briefings, toolbox talks, and performance discussions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Drive safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with incident investigations, reporting, and employee relations matters.
