Job summary

ISS in Perth is seeking an experienced Air Cargo Examination Supervisor / Team Leader to guide the Air Cargo Examination Officers and ensure security operations meet regulatory and client requirements.

You will lead rostering, training, performance discussions, recruitment support, and continuous improvement, while upholding safety, integrity, and high service standards in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in security or aviation environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of aviation security regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Air Cargo Examination Officers.
• Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations, client requirements, and ISS policies.
• Manage daily operations, rostering, and workforce planning.
• Conduct shift briefings, toolbox talks, and performance discussions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders.
