Job summary

Cognition seeks Applied AI Transformation Managers who blend strategic advisory with hands-on delivery to help enterprise customers realize value from AI Agents. You’ll design operating and delivery models for agentic AI and embed with strategic accounts to drive measurable productivity gains and financial impact.

You’ll support strategy work through in-depth program management, partnering with Cognition account teams to ensure successful value realization across large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• CS or EE undergrad with SWE internship or full-time experience.
• 3–5 years at a top 3 strategy consulting firm with value targeting/realization and technology strategy background.
• 2+ years at a startup in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and learns quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to build and expand client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact for enterprise accounts.
• Ensure seamless operations and delivery for the overall customer program in collaboration with the Cognition account team.
• Maintain visibility on playbook implementation, consumption metrics and value metrics across customer and Cognition teams.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships and trust through delivery outcomes.
• Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers for successful deployment.
• Apply analytical and program management skills to support executives and teams in value realization and tracking.
• Develop Centers of Excellence within accounts and enable tailored programs.
