CommBank is seeking a Manager, Artificial Intelligence Technology Risk to join the AI Technology Risk team. You will provide independent Line 2 oversight of AI, ML, Generative AI and related tech risks, supporting safe adoption across Technology and Security divisions.

You will build strong relationships with the Chief AI Office and risk stakeholders to offer pragmatic risk advice, drive governance, and foster best practices in AI risk management, all while modelling CBA values in a safe

Qualifications

Experience in Technology, Cyber, Operational or AI Risk Management, ideally in financial services.
Understanding of risk management frameworks and the 3LoA model.
Curious and humble mindset with interest in AI and emerging trends/tech.
High quality written and verbal communication, report writing and data analysis.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills for Line 1 teams.

Responsabilités

Provide independent Line 2 oversight, advice and challenge on AI tech and cyber risks across the Chief AI Office.
Governance, reporting and assurance of AI-related risks, controls, issues and change risk activities.
Build trusted relationships with Chief AI Office and Risk stakeholders for pragmatic risk advice.
Advocate and foster best practice risk management in AI area.
Role model behaviours aligned with CBA values and safe workplace for all.
