Job summary

WPP Media Australia is seeking an Agentic Design Lead to translate client needs into practical, governed AI agent use cases. You’ll orchestrate cross-disciplinary teams and shape agent hub adoption across WPP Media AU, embedding AI into day-to-day marketing workflows while prioritising measurable value and responsible AI practices.

You will partner with clients, data science, analytics, and engineering to deliver scalable, commercial AI solutions and drive change across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Background in consulting, advertising, marketing technology or strategy.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to translate business problems into actionable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect high-value AI use cases and workflow change for campaigns and operations.
• Design workflow integration that embeds agents into real marketing workflows.
• Be the bridge between client, consulting and product teams to drive adoption.
• Define and track value metrics and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Ensure governance, privacy and responsible AI principles are applied.
