Job summary

Hamilton Locke is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to own Legora and the firm’s growing AI tools. Based in Sydney, you’ll work with partners and practice groups to identify use cases, configure agents and prompts, and roll out AI capabilities that improve how lawyers work.

You will lead training, change management and communications, shaping the firm’s broader AI strategy. You’ll partner with Head of Technology and Business Performance to deploy tools across the firm, ensuring

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner in AI or enterprise software.
• Strong ability to drive adoption and change in professional services or regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with partners, lawyers and business services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary product owner for Legora and future AI tools across the firm.
• Own the product roadmap for Legora and related AI tools, aligning with practice groups.
• Maintain relationships with Legora and other AI vendors, manage feature requests and licensing.
• Partner with practice groups to identify use cases and implement AI capabilities.
• Run discovery sessions to translate workflows into tool configurations.
• Collect and act on user feedback to maintain a continuous improvement pipeline.
• Design and deliver training programs, guides and communications for rollout.
• Build a network of champions to embed adoption and best practices.
