Job summary

Hamilton Locke seeks an experienced AI Product Manager to own Legora and future AI tools across the firm. Based in Sydney, you will be the primary product owner, collaborating with practice groups to identify use cases, configure agents and workflows, and roll out AI capabilities that genuinely improve lawyers’ work.

You will lead the feedback loop between users and the platform, drive continuous improvement, and design training and communications to embed new features.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally for AI or enterprise software within professional services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with partners and lawyers.
• Genuine interest in legal tech and generative AI; enjoys hands-on tool configuration and training.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary product owner for Legora and AI tools across the firm.
• Own Legora roadmap, prioritising features and workflows in line with practice group needs.
• Maintain relationships with Legora and other AI vendors, including licensing matters.
• Collaborate with practice groups to identify use cases and implement AI capabilities.
• Run discovery sessions to translate workflows into configured tools.
• Collect and act on user feedback, maintaining a continuous improvement pipeline.
• Design and deliver training materials and communications for rollout.
• Build a network of practice group champions to drive adoption.
• Track adoption and usage metrics and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support broader AI strategy across the firm.
